Dr. Satish Sawant hails from a town, Mehkar in Buldhana District. He completed his MBBS degree from the B J Medical college of Pune in 2008. Later he joined Yashoda Hospital of Secunderabad from pursuing post-graduation in General Medicine. He always had immense interest in the field of cardiology. So he joined Poona Hospital & Research Center of Pune to do super-specialization in Cardiology. He has worked previously at GMC, Akola; Vikhe Patil Medical College, Ahmednagar and Care Hospital, Hyderabad.
He has also worked as a director of Sawant Hospital in his hometown, Mehkar. Later he worked as Panel Consultant & Interventional Cardiologist at renowned hospitals like Hardas Heart Care, Sahyadri Hospital, Surya Hospital and Global Hospital in Pune.
